Children’s Sunday School
Our Children’s Sunday School is offered during worship, beginning at 11:00 am. Children will participate in the opening of worship, including a Children’s Message by Pastor Eli and then make their way upstairs to the Sunday School Room with their teachers. Parents and guardians can pick up their children after worship in the Sunday School Room. We use the “Hands-on Bible Curriculum” which engages the children’s attention while growing their spirit. Fun, every-day items and toys are used to teach God’s timeless truth.

Coins for Kids

During worship every Sunday, following the Children’s Message, the children receive a coin offering. Twice a year the children decide where to spend the money. The only catch: it cannot be for themselves. The money must benefit someone else – either a new ministry or project, or an existing one… it could be used in our church, community, or someone across the globe. The only limitation is their imagination! We believe this ministry instills at a young age the importance of giving and helping others, those they know personally and those they will probably never know.

$1,282 was donated to Pocono Plateau, our local United Methodist camp, in August 2018 from our first “Coins for Kids.” The money is being used to purchase an adventure site camping stove, mountain pie irons and marshmallow forks. The remainder is being allocated to their camping scholarship fund and the construction of their new high ropes course.
